Harmon's Machine Works, Inc. / Galleon Enterprise is an API Q1 Spec 7 licensed facility for threading rotary shouldered connections. Our QA department has fully trained QA personnel with an office and air conditioned gage room.

All of our API and industrial thread gages are hardened and ground and certified by Lone Star Gage Company, Houston, Texas. All measuring tools used at Harmon's Machine Works, Inc. / Galleon Enterprise, whether employee owned or company owned, are calibrated periodically by outside sources traceable to N.I.S.T.

All parts manufactured by Harmon's Machine Works, Inc. / Galleon Enterprise must pass in-process and final inspection prior to shipment.

Harmon's Machine Works, Inc. / Galleon Enterprise also has ultrasonic inspection equipment for the inspection of welds of fabricated drill pipe and all welds are also inspected by a third party inspection company.
